Registration fees for SSTD 2013 are as follows. All prices include all taxes, and are given in Euro.

Authors must register by 8 June 2013 via the online registration system (external link).
SSTD-13 requires at least one registration per accepted paper; otherwise it will not be included in the proceedings.
If you are the co-author of more than one paper, you only need to register once.
If you are not a EU-citizen, you might need a visa to enter Germany.
If you need a support letter for funding, visa, etc. (e.g. letter of acceptance or visa support letter), please contact us by mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Attendees must be registered in order to request a visa support letter.
What's included in Registration
Full Conference Registration includes access to 3-day conference, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, reception, and proceedings.
Student Conference Registration includes access to 3-day conference, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, reception, and proceedings.
In order to qualify for student rates, please ask your advisor to send an email email@example.com to verify your status as a full-time
student. A template for this email is available here. Additionally, please be prepared to show documentation at the conference (for example,
a student ID card or transcript) that clearly indicates your status as a student.
Only conference registrants may purchase additional banquet tickets (on-site only).
Online : SSTD 2013 prefers that participants register through the online registration system (external link) which accepts Master card, Visa card, Paypal, Direct Debit, and Bank Transfer.
On-Site: Attendees may pay at the conference registration desk by cash or credit card. The registration desk opens every day at 8:00 am.
Banquet & Proceedings
All registration fees include one copy of the proceedings and a banquet ticket. Additional banquet tickets and proceedings can only be purchased on-site for the following prices. Notification in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org
is highly appreciated.

Cancellation and refund requests received on or before 15 July 2013 will be subject to a 50 € administrative processing fee. Cancellations after 15 July will not be refunded.
Alternatively, if you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred to a colleague. To organize a registration name transfer, email your request to email@example.com
